only things i would change...try and create more depth (although depding how far you are underwater you wouldnt be able to see much further than just the light area, so maybe not) also the only reason i can tell its underwater is the bubbles... underwater usually has a kinda wavy light pattern to it like on the rocks in this picture [link] but that again depends on how deep you are but it would help create the illusion of underwater
also you wouldnt have the lightning type things underwater...but hey its fantasy right
other than those minor things its looking great

to answer some of your response... the wavey light pattern is usually seen on the bottom of the floor, and in my piece, there's no 'floor', but i did try to put in a bit of those wavey patterns around (if you look closely, you should be able to see some)
and yah.. you wouldn't have the lighting things underwater.. it's purely sci-fi, but if you read the story.. there's some kinda explanation of what's goin on there
